The TOTAL washing line is the only equipment on the market capable of carrying out the complete treatment of the carpet in professional quality using a single compact machine: dusting, washing and spinning, without noise or vibrations. The entire process is integrated into a continuous work train that includes a lower dusting system, four washing stages and a spinning module connected by a roller trolley. Perform the complete carpet cleaning process in one machine: dusting, four-stage washing, and final spinning.

Dust the carpet at the bottom of the machine, collecting approximately 80% of the dust in lower drawers and the remaining 20% in an outdoor vacuum cleaner.

Start washing after the carpet has came out about 1 m, going through four washing stages arranged on the train:

First stage: soaping with adjustable flow sprayers according to the thickness of the carpet; The shampoo is dosed using a variable flow pump directly from the container.

Second stage: intensive brushing using brushes mounted on mobile trolleys that move from side to side; The working pressure is pneumatically regulated between 0 and 60 kg per trolley and the direction of rotation of the brushes is reversed from the control panel, preventing the "stale" of the hair and extending the life of the brushes.

Third stage: energetic rinsing combined with the combing of the carpet pile to improve the final finish.

Fourth stage: automatic winding of the carpet, leaving it ready for introduction into the centrifuge without additional operations.

Optimize the consumption of resources, since brushes, water and shampoo only act in the area where the carpet circulates, avoiding dead zones and achieving significant savings in water and detergent.

Incorporate a water recirculation system that improves efficiency and reduces environmental impact.

Transfer the carpet from the washing train to the centrifuge using an included roller trolley, without transmitting vibrations between the two units.

In the TOTAL 3.5 model, it allows the loading of two carpets in the centrifuge (4.5 m useful) and works simultaneously with the duster, the washing machine and the centrifuge, achieving very high productivity.
