Catinet, faithful to its policy of innovation in the field of industrial carpet cleaning, presents its roller pressure wringer, a solution designed to obtain a level of wringing like that of a conventional centrifuge with a wringing factor of 300 G. This pressing system removes approximately 85% of the water from the carpet or carpet after washing, facilitating its handling and significantly reducing drying time. Unlike traditional centrifuges, the pressure technology between two rollers minimizes the risk of colour transfer, is practically silent, vibration-free and requires very little maintenance, making it an indispensable piece of equipment for any professional carpet cleaning company. The Press Extractor offers optimal results especially on natural pile carpets and plastic-based carpets, where it clearly exceeds the performance of the conventional centrifuge. In synthetic carpets, the centrifuge can still be more efficient in terms of draining, and both in carpets with marked reliefs, patchwork stitching or with very deteriorated weaves, the same limitations as traditional centrifuges apply. As a result, the Press Extractor does not completely replace the centrifuge, but it complements it ideally, expanding service capabilities and improving the overall quality of the draining process.
