Description

Catinet automatic carpet washing machines are designed to deliver exceptional washing quality compared to traditional methods, while reducing the need for labour and handling. They combine several cleaning processes in a single line: detergent application, deep brushing with adjustable pressure, rinsing and automatic rolling of the carpet at the end of the cycle. The carpet is transported on a belt during the four washing stages and, in practice, the entire process can be handled efficiently by a single operator in the laundry. The use of high-quality materials and an integrated water recirculation system (or optional depending on the model) contribute to minimizing operating costs and environmental impact.

Transport the carpet on a conveyor belt through four integrated stages: detergent application, brushing, rinsing and final rolling.
Apply the detergent in the first phase using a pump that takes it directly from the drum, with adjustable dosage according to the type of carpet and the degree of dirt.
Perform intense cleaning in the second phase using rotating brushes mounted on a trolley that travels across the width of the carpet, ensuring uniform brushing.
Regulate the pressure of the brushes by means of a compressed air system (from 0 to 60 kg on the trolley), allowing you to safely clean delicate, very dirty and long-haired shaggy carpets.
Change the direction of rotation of the brushes to prevent the fibers from twisting in one direction and improve the final appearance of the hair.
Rinse the carpet in the third stage with two high-pressure mobile ramps that remove detergent residues.
Automatically roll the carpet in the fourth phase, leaving it ready to be inserted directly into the centrifuge or wringing machine.
Allow the simultaneous washing of several carpets (depending on type and width), increasing productivity in professional plants.
Adjust key parameters: brush pressure, brush rotation speed, detergent quantity, carpet feed speed and forward direction (forward/backward), plus a feed stop function to treat fringes and heavily soiled areas.
Reuse up to approximately 60% of the water after filtration for the brushing phase, thanks to the recirculation and filtering system included with the machine.
Ensure long service intervals, with a brush life of up to 25,000 rugs under normal working conditions.
Adequate power supply according to the machine configuration, to power the spin motor and automatic control system.
Water intake to feed the washing and rinsing circuits.
Connection to the sewerage network for the evacuation of the water extracted during the draining process.
Compressed air supply for the operation of the pneumatic elements associated with the locking or safety system (depending on the model).
Level and resistant support surface, without the need for special foundations, as there are no vibrations.
