Description

The Catinet automatic carpet dust remover is designed to deeply remove dust, sand and other loose particles accumulated inside the carpet before washing. The equipment consists of two main systems: a vibrator that shakes the carpet by horizontal cylinders and a powerful suction system that collects the impurities that have been released. Thanks to the control of the beating intensity, the machine can work with standard carpets as well as with very delicate parts, without the risk of damaging them. The carpet enters and exits on the same side, which allows the machine to be installed next to a wall and save space on the floor. At the end of the process, the carpet is automatically rolled up, so that once manually inserted, the rest of the cycle is fully automatic.

Remove dust, sand and loose dirt by means of a controlled vibration system, based on horizontal beater cylinders or rollers that work at high frequency.

Vacuum the impurities released with a high-power suction system, consisting of fan, filter and dust tank, guaranteeing a deep cleaning.

Allow work even with delicate carpets, regulating the beating frequency and feed speed to adapt the impact to the type of fabric.

Bring the carpet in and out from the same side, making it possible to install the machine against the wall and reducing the necessary work surface.

Automatically roll up the carpet at the end of the process, preventing it from "escaping" on the floor and facilitating its subsequent handling.

Adjust the vibration and feed speed of the mat, as well as reverse the feed direction (forward/backward) for greater flexibility of use.

Always keep the process visible thanks to a transparent top cover, which allows the operator to monitor the beating and suction.
